Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0206 The purpose of this bid is to provide the Mercer County Special Services School District with fencing at the
Joseph F. Capello School and the Mercer Elementary School as per the details in these technical
specifications.

Mercer Elementary School, 1020 Old Trenton Road, Hamilton, NJ 08690
NO ASSIGNMENT
The successful Contractors shall not subcontract to others for the work or services performed during the term
of this contract without prior, written authorization from the Manager of Buildings & Grounds
ACCESS TO DISTRICT LOCATIONS
The contractor's staff must wear photo identification displaying the company name and employee name on
their person when performing work at any district building.
MATERIALS
The district will only pay for materials that have been authorized and used. Parts/Materials Prices: All
materials shall be invoiced at an actual wholesale cost plus a percentage (%) markup. Copies of the
contractor's own purchase invoices reflecting the actual costs shall accompany each invoice to the district.
INVOICING
An invoice should be generated after completion of the project. If this Request for proposal requires payment of
prevailing wage rates, each invoice must be accompanied by the prevailing wage report. NO Payment will be
made without the required documentation.
All invoices must reference the purchase order number.
COMPLIANCE STANDARDS
Materials, equipment, and installation shall comply with all current rules and regulations of all applicable
Federal, State, County, and Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Bid Result
