Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bidder questions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. local time on November 16, 2023 and must be provided in writing via e-mail to Cindy Wojciechowsk. Please call TD&H at 406-761-3010 for Cindy email address. The project consists of the reconstruction of 7 th Avenue Northwest between the intersections of 12 th and 14 th Streets Northwest. This includes the removal of the existing asphalt, road base, sidewalks and driveways; sub-grade excavation and compaction; placement of geotextile fabric; placement and compaction of base material; curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway construction; sodding of disturbed areas; mailbox relocations, and all other activities needed for the roadway reconstruction. The City will pave the asphalt roadway after project completion. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid, which is in the best interest of the City.
