Renovation of a municipal facility in Vallejo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,000-square-foot municipal facility.

SCOPE OF WORK A. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to remove and haul away existing carpet tile, baseboards, and transition strips; clean, skim coat, and prepare floors; and install Shaw carpet tile (or similar) using the Shaw Advantage System (or similar) including walk-off carpet tile near public entrances, rubber baseboard, and transition strips for the EDD-owned facility located at the above-referenced address in accordance with these Specifications. Carpet Replacement Services for the EDD facility located at 1440 Marin Street, Vallejo, CA 94590. A five percent (5%) bid preference is available to a non-small business claiming twentyfive percent (25%) California certified small business subcontractor participation. If claiming the non-small business subcontractor preference, the bid response must include a list of the small business(es) with which you commit to subcontract in an amount of at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the net bid price with one or more California certified small businesses. The EDD's waiver of any immaterial deviation or defect shall in no way modify the bid document or excuse the bidder from full compliance with the solicitation document specifications if awarded a Contract.
