As of July 16, 2025, this solicitation is still under review. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: RFP Engineering Services - Install a New Shellfish-Based Living Shoreline. The proposal is being solicited through the Fair and Open Process provided by N.J.S.A. 1944a-20.4 et seq. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (J.J.S.A.34:11-56.48 to 57), where applicable. The CCMUA Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted in the best interest of the CCMUA, and the Board further reserves the right to waive any defect or informality in any proposal should it be in the best interest of the CCMUA. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Any questions regarding this Request For Proposals must be made in writing to Oleg Zonis, Director of Engineering/Process Systems, 1645 Ferry Avenue, Camden NJ 08104 ozonis@ccmua.org. All questions must be sent by email no later than 3:00pm on November 17, 2023. Questions received after this date and time will not be addressed.
