The City of Franklin, NH requests written proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in being considered for hire by the City as Grant Administrator to manage a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project in Franklin. The project is the rehabilitation/addition at the Health first Family Care Center, 841 Central St, Franklin. CDBG $500,000; Total Project Cost $3mil+ Specific administrative services to include the environmental review records coordination, maintenance of records, accounting, meetings, compliance with applicable procurement and labor regulations, reporting and other federal regulation adherence required by the CDBG Grant Agreement. This project is funded, in part, through a Community Development Block Grant from the Community Development Finance Authority under the provisions, and subject to the requirements, of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
