Reference Number 0000335065 The work shall consist of all , equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to groom, nurture, sustain, care for, or otherwise maintain all green infrastructure areas in first quality, "A-1" condition, as specified herein, industry standards and Project Manager. The Contractor shall use methods and procedures of the highest horticultural practice and satisfy all applicable laws, codes, ordinances, and industry standards for such services. A description of each work activity is stated below. The work required in each specific area begins in Section 2: Specific Area Requirements. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - License Required - Material Safety Data Sheets Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 2 One-Year Renewal Options Bids are requested for a one-year term contract with two, one-year renewal options for green infrastructure maintenance and landscaping services as per the specifications contained herein. The City reserves the right to award to multiple vendors as it deems it in its own best interest to do so. The City reserves the right to award any single item and/or any combination of items or to award by section as it deems in its own best interest.
