The proposed demolition site shall be available to prospective Contractors to survey and assess the current conditions to determine the extent of demolition services required. A structural report for the bleachers is included. It is the Contractor's responsibility to assess the demolition site thoroughly. SCS personnel shall be made available, at the Contractor's request, during the site visit. The Contractor will be required to coordinate the request for SCS personnel with the SCS Maintenance Department (615-451-5255). Contractor is required to cap off water lines and disconnect electrical lines. o Owner to disconnect/shut off utility service prior to demolition. 3. Demolition is to be completed within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Weather related delays will be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis. 4. Contractor shall erect temporary barriers for safety purposes. 5. The Contractor shall conduct demolition operations to prevent injury to people, damage to adjacent structures, and damage to track, concrete and asphalt surfaces (as applicable). The offices of SCS shall be Closed November 20 - 24. Any questions related to the specifications that arise during this week will be answered upon our return on Monday, November 27th.
