The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and taxes to conduct a sanitary sewer evaluation survey of service areas within the Town's wastewater collection system as described within the Contract Documents. The evaluation of the wastewater collection system shall include the examination of up to 65,700 LF of 6-inch through 18-inch gravity sewer pipe, 230 manholes, sewer service lateral connections, and eight (8) sewage lift stations. The evaluation scope shall include smoke testing, cleaning, and televising of the gravity sewer lines, manhole and lift station inspections, report preparation, and submittal based on aforementioned televising and inspections. Bids are requested for the following Contract: SRF Sewer System Evaluation Survey. Bidding Documents will be provided electronically as portable document format (PDF) files and as printed Bidding Documents, both for a non-refundable charge of $150 per set payable to "Mittauer & Associates, Inc." Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, the digital files will be emailed, and the printed Bidding Documents will be sent via UPS Ground. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents also may be examined at Town Hall, 10 US 90 West, Baldwin, Florida 32234 (904) 266- 5030 , Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of five (5) projects of a similar nature within the past five (5) years, each having a minimum contract value of $250,000.
