The Board of Education of The Troy School District will receive sealed Bids for: Troy School District - BP#2A - High School Athletics Renovations Phase #1. Each bid must be accompanied by: 1) A 5% bid bond or certified check; 2) A sworn and notarized criminal background affidavit; 3) A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the BOE or the Superintendent of School District; and 4) A sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement. The BOE will not accept a bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
