Proposals should include the following: The Town of Carthage is accepting sealed Proposals for janitorial services for Town Hall offices located at 314 Spring St, Carthage, TN, 37030. Questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be directed to Mayor Stephen Babcock or Les Fisher at 615-735-1881, or emailed to MayorBabcock@TownofCarthageTN.gov. All interested firms are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this Request for Proposal. 1) Weekly services after 4:00 p.m. a. Cleaning approximately 2,100 square feet of tiled, linoleum, and carpeted floors b. Four (4) bathrooms c. One (1) kitchen d. Surface dusting e. Emptying trash cans and replacement of trash bags 2) Quarterly services after 4:00 p.m. a. Stripping and wax of 150 square feet of tiled flooring b. Inside and outside windows 3) The Town will provide all cleaning supplies with on-site storage of those supplies as requested by the chosen vendor.
