NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed Bids, in duplicate, are sought and requested by the Board of Education, Waverly Central School District (hereinafter called "Owner"), for the Reconstruction to the Waverly Jr/Sr High School. Bids are requested for the following Contracts: General Plumbing Electrical Mechanical As bid security, each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. The Owner will not waive informalities which would give one Bidder substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all affected Bidders.
