As of December 13, 2023, the project has not been awarded. The earliest the project is expected to be awarded is January 4, 2023. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, contingencies, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, services, and cleanup needed to complete the following: Demolition Completely tear out existing ceiling tiles, grid and light fixtures in all areas of the Fire Administration Building where ceiling tiles currently exist. The awarded vendor shall be responsible for furnishing a dumpster at the Fire Administration Building and to properly dispose of all project debris off-site. The City shall designate a location for the dumpster to be housed during the project. Care to be taken to coordinate project so as to provide limited disruption to the station and its operation.
