ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to provide drilling, geotechnical sampling and instrumentation for the project locations listed below: Lower Grave Creek Road, Wolf Creek Bridge Takilma Road, Althouse Creek Bridge Highland Drive, Barnett Bridge OR99 Blackwell Road, Gold Hill Bridge Caves Camp Road, Caves Camp Bridge ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to provide. drilling, geotechnical sampling and instrumentation for the project locations listed below: Lower Grave Creek Road, Wolf Creek Bridge (K23162) Takilma Road, Althouse Creek Bridge (K23161) Highland Drive, Barnett Bridge (K23416) OR99 Blackwell Road, Gold Hill Bridge (K2260) Caves Camp Road, Caves Camp Bridge (K22662) As stated in the specifications in Attachment A, the successful offeror will be required to complete all work by April 29, 2024. Contractor shall have a minimum of 3 years experience with geotechnical sampling and furnish a drill crew consisting of at least one drill operator with a minimum of three years operator experience who is licensed by the Oregon Water Resource Department as a Monitoring Well Constructor and at least one experienced drill helper for each drilling rig at the job. Pre Bid Conference: None. ODOT reserves the right to withdraw any or all items from award if it is in the best interest of ODOT. Withdrawal of one or more Bid items will not affect the method of award. In accordance with ORS 279B.100, ODOT may reject any or all Bids and may cancel or delay this RFCQ at any time if doing so would be in the public interest as determined by ODOT. ODOT may reject all Bids pursuant to the criteria set forth in OAR 137-047-0650. ODOT shall reject any or all Bids as required by OAR 137-047-0640. Notification of Bid rejection will be made in writing and sent to Bidder by email or hard copy.
