Dallas College is seeking sealed bids from suppliers to procure and install two (2) new Paint Booths with a five (5) year service contract. The paint booths must be installed and operational by August 15, 2024. This acquisition will be funded using a federal grant and the selected bidder must sign the 2 CFR 200 Addendum. Deadline to receive written question/inquiries is December 6, 2023, by 2:00 P.M (CT). Responses to written questions/inquiries (estimated) are December 13, 2023. Budget is $260,000.00 The warranty or service contract arising from this award is not to exceed a term of five (5) years from the time of delivery Payment Bond is required for projects in excess of $25,000, both Payment and Performance Bond is required for projects in excess of $100,000 before commencement of any work.
