Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade educational facility.

As of May 31st, 2024 this project is slated to begin construction work on November 15th, 2024. Project Objective: The Main HS building is approximately 160,000 SF over two levels with (4) separate outbuildings onsite at approximately 40,000 SF total. General Scope of Work is as follows: Main HS Building: - Full Interior refresh with new paint, new ceilings, and new finish flooring throughout. - New tile wainscot throughout all corridors up to 7-0 high. - Door and hardware replacement throughout. - Replacement of handrails and guardrails on existing stairs to be code compliant. - Classroom millwork removal, wall patching to paint, and millwork replacement in smaller quantity. - Teaching surfaces 1 to 1 replacement with new markerboards and tackboards. - Full mechanical systems replacement minus ductwork. - Mechanical grille and diffuser replacement throughout. - Full light fixture replacement throughout to provide LED fixtures. - New lighting controls throughout.
