As of June 20, 2025, Construction across the district, including Meadowbrook’s comprehensive plumbing system enhancements, is expected to begin in early 2026, following final design approvals by the end of 2025 This project is part of a $150 million bond that was passed and approved by the voters on November 7, 2023. Per the Town Manager, as of October 3, 2024, an architect, construction manager and project manager have been selected.
