**As of July 1,2024 The project was awareded to Ahlborg Construction Corporation but no award amount provided Design - Build services to design and construct a new Centralized Rescue/Learning Center. This project will consist of a new rescues center with an attached learning center. The rescue center will consist of a new apparatus bay, office spaces, and living space with living accommodations for staff. The Lincoln Learning Center will be an attached classroom that can be accessed from within or through a separate entrance. The design/build budget for these projects is $15.67 Million Questions shall be submitted no later than Friday, April 19 2024 at 2 pm. The State's goal is for a minimum fifteen percent (15%) participation by MBE/WBE/DBE's in all state procurement. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed project budget. A performance and payment bond with a satisfactory surety company will posted by the bidder in the sum equal to 100% of the awarded contract.
