Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cedar Grove, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The contract shall consist of the installation of a combined sewer overflow flow meter on the Cedar Grove lift station, replacement of two (2) existing manholes, installation of two (2) new manholes, installation of 20 LF of 6" diameter storm sewer, installation of 40 LF of 8" diameter storm sewer, installation of 280 LF of 10" diameter storm sewer, replacement of 150 LF of 4" diameter service lateral. Replacement of 190 LF of 8" diameter sanitary sewer line; replacement of two (2) sanitary sewer cleanouts; replacement of 5 drop inlets, trench repair, paving, surface restoration, connections to existing, site restoration, videotaping, mobilization / demobilization and all other items and appurtenances shown on the plans and/or described in the specifications that are necessary to complete the work for a complete and operable wastewater or stormwater collection system. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract No. 2: Additional Wastewater Collection System Upgrades and Improvements The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying the amount of each set listed below. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents will be transmitted to the prospective Bidder.
