Service Agreements "checklist" to be signed by county employees at each site. . Provide pricing as described on attached bid form. . Filters are to be included into the price of the maintenance contract. . Emergency Calls to be handled within 90 minutes . Standard Calls to be handled within 24 hours . CONTRACTOR MUST MAKE PROVISOIN TO ANSWER AND RESPOND TO CALLS 24-7, 365 DAYS IN A YEAR. . Awarded contractor is permitted to complete any required repairs on site that is equal to or below $1,000. Any repairs over $1,000 will need to be submitted via quote for approval. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
