Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids will be received for Single prime construction contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Bidders should clearly indicate on the outside of the bid envelope "Bid Proposal for: W-7 Roof Recover", their NC General Contractor's License Number and that the bid is for "Single Prime Bid" The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. The Party of the First Part shall furnish and deliver all of the materials, and perform all of the work in the manner and form as provided by the following enumerated plans, specifications and documents, which are attached hereto and made a part thereof as if fully contained herein: advertisement; Instructions to Bidders; General Conditions; Supplementary General Conditions; specifications; accepted proposal; contract; performance bond; payment bond; power of attorney; workmen's compensation; public liability; property damage and builder's risk insurance certificates; approval of attorney general; certificate by the Office of State Budget and Management, and drawings, titled: W7-MHC Roof Recover
