Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Perry, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,600-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Project Description: Construction of a new community center/multi-purpose building located in Perry, MO, more specifically the northeast corner of Hwy J and Delaware Lane, adjacent to and west of 42494 Delaware Lane, Perry, MO. The project will consist of a new, single-story, metal building structure (approximately 5,600 sf), site grading, retaining walls, concrete flatwork, asphalt and gravel paving, utility connections including a sanitary sewer pump station, building infill including a commercial kitchen, office spaces, restroom facilities, and a platform/stage in the primary meeting room. Site will also incorporate construction of a new helipad for emergency services use. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
