The Work consists of the provision and installation of a pre-engineered metal building of approximately 2,400 SF of unfinished storage space. The project includes concrete slab and foundation construction, and the installation of rollup doors. C. Metal Building: The metal building is to be designed and proposed by a building manufacturer engaged by the Bidder. D. Foundation: This project allows for flexibility in the foundation design, specifically the main frame column footings and end wall post locations.
