Reference Number : 1779143 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2023-11-20 Commission de la capitale nationale du Québec is inviting tenders for the Restoration of Caretaker's Gate, Backyard Well and Water Basin at the Cataraqui Estate. The work to be carried out includes, but is not limited to: Entrance Gate and Pilasters: Restore the pilasters of the gateway of the caretaker's house to ensure their long-term durability, while making it possible to open the gates at 100% capacity. Well: The need for the services of a mason specialized in heritage masonry work is defined. Restore the masonry of the well to its original condition, repointing and replacing stones. Add a wooden lid, according to plans and specifications Water basin: Redo the waterproof membrane. Put a solid stone border between the basin and the new cliff path. Redo a finish leveling. The start of work planning is done as soon as the contract is awarded. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2024, completion of work by June 21, 2024 and contract completion by September 21, 2024 at the latest.
