The St. Clair Catholic DSB pre-qualified 5 General Contractors through Request for Supplier Qualification # 623-CP2403-GC. The Board plans to construct an addition on the existing gymnasium and renovate a portion of the existing Gregory A. Hogan Catholic School building in Sarnia, Ontario to become the new home of the Sacred Hart Catholic School community. The project is expected to proceed with an overall construction budget of 2.9 Million. The Board also intends to award a second contract, to the same vendor, based on bid pricing submitted as part of this RFT with an overall construction budget of 1.83 million. Tenders are to be received using a two-stage process. Two separate bid opportunities have been set up to facilitate the two-stage process.
