Additions to existing school sites, modernization/reconstruction/renovation of existing schools and board facilities and new school construction including child care programs. The Board territory is divided into Six (6) geographical regions as follows: 1-GTA (Toronto, Peel, Halton, York, Durham); 2-East (Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland); 3-North (Simcoe County, Muskoka); 4-West (Dufferin, Waterloo - Wellington); 5-South-West (Hamilton, Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk); and 6-South (Lincoln, Niagara). TIMELINE: A Request For Qualification has been issued by the owner. The Board wishes to prequalify Architectural firms to provide comprehensive architectural services related to the construction of additions and alterations to existing school buildings. The architectural firms selected shall have the primary responsibility for execution the design, construction documentation, and construction administration phases of construction projects. Proposed projects are expected to have a value of one million dollars and will be across the Board territory and in accordance with the Board priorities. The Board will prequalify based on the project budgets with the following categories: 1. Projects' range CAN$ 1 million to 5 million, 2. Projects' range CAN$ 5 million to 12 million, 3. Projects' range CAN$ 12 million and above. An award is anticipated early 2024.
