Tentative Board Approval date is February 6, 2024. TERMS AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT: The period of the contract resulting from this BID will be for a period of one (1) year. The District may, at its option, extend the contract for up to three (3) additional one-year terms, through February, 2028. The work in general shall consist of the following: PAVEMENT/ASPHALT FLEXIBLE BASE PARKING LOT STRIPING SUBGRADE PAVEMENT STRIPING Last budget year the District expend over $50,000 On this service contact. The minimum total expenditure expected is approximately $50,000. The School District reserves the right to increase or decrease this approximate amount. The District does not commit to any particular volume of purchases overall or for any individual item. The School District reserves the right to seek competitive quotes on items not included in this bid. The School District reserves the right to bid any single project above $50,000.
