Saving Project...

Site work, renovation and addition to a museum in Helena, Montana. Completed plans call for the addition of a museum; for the renovation of a museum; and for site work for a museum.

Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the state of montana, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful bidders shall furnish an approved performance bond and labor and materials payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 12/07/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Bid Security in the amount of 10 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Montana Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to all labor on fixed items, and Montana Gross Receipts Tax will be incurred as a part of the project. The work includes; Purchase, receive, assemble and install new furniture for the building currently under construction. According to the schedule supplied by the Owner, construction of the Addition is expected in April 2024 and the Renovation is expected to be complete as of February 2025. As such, the delivery and installation of the new furniture will need to be accomplished during April 2024 for the Addition and February 2025 for the Renovation.
