**As of February 28, 2024, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Generally, the work includes: The modernization of approximately 22 public housing vacant living units to include bathroom upgrades, kitchen upgrades, subflooring, tile flooring, plaster repair, painting, miscellaneous plumbing and heating repairs, doors, frames, hardware, lighting fixtures, wiring devices and associated work. All work is interior. Question pertaining to this IFB are to be put in writing and emailed to kmartin@tha-nj.org by 10AM on Friday, January 5, 2024 Questions will be answered on Monday, January 8, 2024 BID BOND AMOUNT: 5% of the bid amount. by certified check or guarantee by N.J. licensed Bonding Co per Circ. No 570 PAYMENT and PERFORMANCE BOND AMOUNT: 100% of total contract amount by a N.J. licensed Bonding Company MAINTENANCE BOND AMOUNT: 10% of total contract amount by N.J. licensed Bonding Company GUARANTEE PERIOD: 365 Calendar Days from Substantial Completion
