Demo existing kitchen exhaust/ hood, lighting, and ceiling system(s). Furnish and install kitchen exhaust/ hood, food grade ceiling assembly, LED lighting and make up air rooftop unit with roof curb. Upgrade fire alarm and fire suppression systems. Alternate to remove tile floor and install epoxy flooring with integral cove base. Mobilization and construction shall be scheduled during Catering Kitchen's outage, starting in June 2024. Project shall be substantially completed by September 9, 2024. ESTIMATED CONTRACT TIME: 284 Days ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $996,000 UCI reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this notice, to waive non-material irregularities, and to deem Contractors prequalified for the project.
