The City of Stockton, herein after referred to as the "City", is requesting proposals from firms or individuals, herein after referred to as "Proponent" to provide engineering and permitting services for the maintenance dredging of Buckley Cove. The City is seeking a qualified Consultant to manage and submit all necessary documentation to complete the required permitting process(es) to dredge the Buckley Cove inlet, draft dredging construction scope, support City in technical responses required by potential bidders, and manage the construction dredging project through to completion including any final document filing required by jurisdictional agencies. Each sealed proposal shall be marked "PROPOSAL" and shall indicate the project name, number, and proposal opening date, and shall be mailed or delivered to the address below at or before the hour stated.
