Approximately 3,000 SF of rigid frame metal building to receive new floor and ceiling finishes, including new lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc. b. Approximately 3,000 SF of interior renovation to receive new floor and ceiling finishes, including new lighting fixtures, and other wall improvements. 2. Location: The property is located: 9874 Southton Road St., San Antonio, TX 78223 3. Partial Occupancy: a. The County intends to occupy the service bay portions of the existing building during the entire construction period. Staff will continue working in a portable building located elsewhere on the site. Schedule the work to accommodate County occupancy and cooperate with County to minimize conflict and to facilitate County's operations. 4. Work Hours: Normal work hours must be from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. (CST). After hours work must be coordinated with Bexar County Project Manager 72 hours prior to commencement of work.
