The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids/proposals for the following: Façade Work at John E. Scope This Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete all work specified. All employees on the job site are required to always wear their company picture identification. All Housing Authority properties are SMOKE FREE. Work Included Kitchen Side Remove small wall between # 2 & # 3. Install new PVC trim board where wall is being removed from unit. Replace the soffit, fascia and gutter with leaf guard and downspout. Contractor to paint where all areas the trim board does not cover. New cement splash block to be installed. Living Room side Remove wing walls at # 1, # 2, # 3 & # 4. Install new PVC trim board where wall is being removed from unit Replace the soffit, fascia and gutter with leaf guard and downspout. Contractor to paint where all areas the trim board does not cover. New cement splash block to be installed.
