Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Project# 501-21-101 shall replace repair Sterile Processing Service (SPS) equipment items, upgrade flooring, upgrade walls and ceiling tile materials. The SPS service space is 11,000 SF overall. The procurement and setup (including support systems) of (2) temporary Steris Sterilizer Trailers or equal and the supporting systems, including air-conditioned covered walkways, piping systems for DCW, DHW, waste, vent, and fire protection, with emergency generator power. Magnitude for the VA project: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Estimated Completion Time: Five Hundred Forty-Five (545) Calendar Days RFIs ARE DUE AT 11:00 A.M.
