Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The contract duration is 772 calendar days (26 months) from the Notice to Proceed. The Mechanical Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, bonds, permits, and services necessary to complete work. The Mechanical Contractor shall properly install, adjust, and put in operation the respective portions of the work as specified and to interconnect the various items or sections of the work to form a complete and properly operating system. The work includes, but is not limited to the following items: the installation of elevator drainage systems for three (3) new elevators, a new elevator machine room and HVAC systems, relocation of domestic water lines and sanitary sewer lines, renovation of staff utilized facilities, and the installation of a new fire suppression system. All questions pertaining to this request must be submitted, via email, to the Contract Administrator listed below. All questions must be received no later than Friday, November 10, 2023 at 4:00 pm ET to be guaranteed an answer.
