As of February 2, 2024, project was awarded to Reeves Construction Company, awarded amount is $1,223,171.05. FY 2023 LMIG Road Resurfacing Improvements The Project consists of +/- 20,000 SY Road Resurfacing, +/- 8,900 SY Road Widening, including leveling existing pavement, center line striping, stop bar striping and traffic control. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All permits required for the construction of this project are expected to be approved prior to the date of the bid opening. Acquisition of property for easements, right of way, etc. is not expected to be required for this project. This project is expected to be funded all or in part by the Georgia Department of Transportation Local Maintenance & Improvement Grant (LMIG) program and Terrell County Board of Commissioners funds. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Still Waters Engineering, 130 Veterinary Way Unit 2, Leesburg, GA 31763. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 P.M, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
