Added Cooling, Boiler Replacement and CHP Installation DCO Energy hereby solicits proposals for Added Cooling at Memorial High School and Boiler Replacement/CHP Installation at Central Office Building for the Ridgefield Public School ESIP Project. No proposals shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-21(b)). DCO Energy will not accept electronic (e-mail) submission of Competitive Contracting proposals. The request for proposal package will specify documents that must be completed and returned with the proposal. Failure to comply with Instructions to Bidders and to complete and submit all required forms, may be cause for disqualification and rejection of proposal. All questions about the meaning or intent of this RFP, all interpretations and clarifications considered necessary will be issued by Addenda. Only comments and questions responded to by formal written Addenda will be binding. No interpretation of the meaning of the specifications will be made to any respondent orally. Every request for such interpretations shall be made in writing to the DCO Energy Project Manager by the stated deadline detailed in the Project Schedule section below at least ten (10) days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, prior to the date fixed for the opening of proposals. Any and all interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be distributed in the form of a written addenda to thespecifications. Any addenda will be provided no later than seven (7) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays accepted, prior to the date for acceptance of proposals. All addenda so issued shall become part of the contract document.
