sealed bids will be received by the Hanover Sewerage Authority, for repairs to the sanitary sewer lines in its collection system. Work includes but is not limited to, Chemical grouting of 51 manhole defects Chemical grouting of 12 pipe defects within 8" diameter sanitary sewer Chemical grouting of 1 pipe defect within 10" diameter sanitary sewer Complete CIPP lining of 1 (331 total LF) 8" diameter sanitary sewer Partial CIPP lining of 41 pipe defects within 8" diameter sanitary sewer Partial CIPP lining of 5 pipe defects within 10" diameter sanitary sewer Installation of 14 Lateral Connection Repair (LCR) seals at designated S/Cs (service connection or lateral) within 8" diameter sanitary sewers Bid forms for the proposed services are on file in the Municipal Building, 1000 Route 10, in said Township and may be inspected by the prospective bidders during regular business hours. Each bid must be made on the standard bid forms furnished by the Hanover Sewerage Authority in the manner thereon and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the bid title, and contract number and shall be addressed to: Hanover Sewerage Authority Township Of Hanover Morris County New Jersey. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid but not exceeding $20,000 payable to the order of the Hanover Sewerage Authority to insure the execution of the Contract. The deposit shall be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract within ten (10) days of the Notice of Award of the Contract. Upon execution of the Contract, the bid check of the successful bidder will be returned. Within ten (10) days of the receipt of bids, the security of all but the three (3) apparent lowest bidders will be returned. Bid shall be accompanied by a Consent of Surety for the furnishing of a payment and performance bond issued by a company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey, satisfactory to the Hanover Sewerage Authority and its counsel, in the amount equal to 100% of the total base bid. The bond shall be submitted and approved on or before the date set for execution of the Contract. Bidders and the lowest responsible bidder awarded a contract for the services described in this notice are required to comply with the following State Statues: 1. Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq. 2. Prevailing Wage Rates, Chapter 150, L. 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56 et. seq.). 3.
