Scope of Work Contractor will provide and install a play structure for 5-12 year olds with anchors, fasteners, fittings, and any additional hardware needed for installation. The owner chooses color scheme of structure. Contractor will provide and install a swing set apparatus with two (2) belt swings and two infant swings (total of four (4) swings) with anchors, fasteners, fittings, and any additional hardware needed for installation. The owner chooses color scheme of apparatus. Contractor will provide and install Certified Playground Mulch for approx. 42 x 56 play area. Specifications or Scope of Work Contractor will provide and install a play structure for 5-12 year olds with anchors, fasteners, fittings, and any additional hardware needed for installation. Owner to remove existing equipment and border timbers once contract has been awarded. Owner will have completed prior to equipment install. Owner will supply proper refuse container during duration of project. Contractor should remove all spoils of the project. The successful bidder will have 150 days from the date the contract is signed to complete playground replacement. The City reserves the right to award alternate contracts when the first contractor cannot perform the work within the timetable specified by the City.
