Renovation of a laboratory facility in Pasadena, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
GCA Central Lab Facility Generator Project. Electrical improvement services include but are not limited to the maintenance, testing, repairs, and replacement of existing instrumentation and electrical power equipment and the installation, testing, and startup of new instrumentation and electric power equipment. To expedite the project schedule, GCA will pre-purchase long lead equipment such as Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch. GCA will assign the pre-purchased equipment "Contract Agreements" to the successful Contractor. You may receive the bid documents by email or delivery service by contacting Ramesh Kalluri. GCA will evaluate offers in relation to the selection criteria contained in the bid documents and will select the proposal that offers the best value for GCA based upon the selection criteria and weighted value for each criterion.
