The City of Haines City, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the specifications document. Scope of Work: The City of Haines City, is soliciting through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the services of a qualified firm to provide assistance with the acquisition, installation, support, training, and maintenance of the City's audio/visual (A/V) systems. These systems include lighting, audio equipment, projection systems, associated controls, and smart boards. The City has A/V equipment in a variety of facilities and uses including the Lake Eva Event Center, Lake Eva outdoor stage, Lake Eva Park, outdoor aquatic centers, Oakland Auditorium, Commission Chambers, and various conference rooms. The City plans to enter into a 3-year contract with the option for two (2) one (1) year renewals. Bid Ranking: Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 9:00 AM Bids will be publicly rated and ranked in the Commission Chambers, located at 620 E. Main Street, Haines City, Florida 33844 or as soon thereafter as possible. Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to bid on this project.
