Renovation of a mixed-use development in Austin, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
Site Directions: Riverland Community College, Austin Campus 1900 8th Ave NW, Austin, MN 55912 Replace the dimmer panel and upgrade theater lighting at Riverland Community Colleges Austin campus. The existing dimmer panels and the house lighting has reached THE END OF ITS USEFUL LIFE. Riverland will take this opportunity to remove and replace the dimmer panel with a new panelboard and upgrade the incandescent fixtures with LED fixtures, including receptables, where required. There is a new MCD and circuit breaker that serves the areas. There is no pre-bid meeting planned for this project. Parties that obtain the Drawings and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere, are solely responsible for those printing costs. The sales of paper copies for projects listed on this site are not available.
