The Project is located on 1st Street from Oak Street to Elm Street, Main Street from Oak Street to Elm Street, 4th Street from Linden Street to Chestnut Street, 4th Street from Locust Street to Olive Street, 5th Street from Elm Street to Linden Street, 5th Street from Locust Street to Walnut Street, 5th Street from Olive Street to Ash Street, 6th Street from Elm Street to Linden Street and 6th Street from Olive Street to Birch Street. Project includes the following Work: the rehabilitation of portions of the sanitary sewer system, including CIPP lining of existing sewer main and other associated miscellaneous items. Work on the Project shall commence on the date specified in the written Notice to Proceed. Notice to Proceed is anticipated on March 15, 2024. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be conducted for this project. a corporate surety bond, acceptable to the Owner, for the faithful performance of the contract, in an amount equal to one hundred percent of the amount of the contract.The bid security shall be made payable to Owner in an amount of five (5) percent of Bidder s maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and shall be in the form of a cashier s check or certified check drawn on a state-chartered or federally chartered bank, or a certified share draft drawn on a state-chartered or federally chartered credit union, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 of the General Conditions.
