**As of February 28, 2024 project was awarded to Hotchkiss Heating & Air ** The Historical Museum at the Fort Missoula, located at 3400 Captain Rawn Wy. Missoula, MT 59804 has several outbuildings and a main office. The Main Office building's existing HVAC system is failing and has very little control systems in place for humidity. Missoula County is seeking a qualified contractor to design and install a new system that will focus on the install of new equipment and controls. Missoula County will look to enter into an agreement with the selected contractor following the contract award on December 20th, 2023. The contract period will end no later than June 14, 2024. Deadline for submitting written questions December 6th 2023 Written responses posted to County website December 11th 2023 RFP response due date December 14th 2023 Offeror interviews/product demonstrations December 18th, 2023 "If needed" Contract award December 20th 2023.
