Renovation of a municipal facility in Brigham City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: Brigham City First District Court HVAC Improvements Administrative Office of the Courts 43 N Main St. Brigham City, Utah. This project shall include the replacement and upgrade of the existing air handlers, return air fans, hydronic piping, and coil recirculation pumps and controls design. Question Deadline: 11/29/2023 at 3:00 PM MT Construction Cost Estimate: $1,169,838.00 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Base Bid: Provide mechanical upgrades including: remove and replace existing air handling units and relief air fans located in 3rd floor penthouse. Remove and replace all existing mechanical piping located in the 3rd floor penthouse. Provide modifications to ductwork as needed. Additive Alternate #1: Remove and replace existing 4 pipe fan coil unit and all associated items located in 3rd floor penthouse. Additive Alternate #2: Remove and replace existing heating water pumps and air separator and all associated items. The intent is for all work to be performed after house or on weekends. Then intent is to provide temporary heating/cooling for the duration of the project. All courtrooms shall remain occupied and conditioned.
