Site work and paving for a civil project in Sugar Land, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Sugar Land is requesting bids for street and drainage improvements on Country Club Boulevard and Montclair Boulevard. The project limits includes Montclair Boulevard from Country Club Boulevard to Wellington Drive and Country Club Boulevard from Sugar Creek Blvd to City Limits past Power Court. The project included installation of 3,425 LF of storm sewer (Polypropylene Pipe) ranging in size 24" to 60" in diameter, 445 LF of 12'x6' RCBs, junction boxes and inlets. The project includes removing and replacing approximately 28,650 SY of concrete pavementin the the City of Sugar Land. The project also includes approximately 1,950 L.F. of water line replacement in the project area. There are two alternates added to this project, which includes paving and drainage improvements along Charleston North and South and along Wellington Drive.
