Reference Number 0000259533 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/12/05 01:01:00 PM MST 1. Prime Contractor Unless Otherwise Agreed, the Property Manager Shall Be Deemed Prime Contractor at All Times for the Work Site(S) Itemized in This Service Agreement. 2. Work to Be Performed The Contractor Shall Provide All Labour, Materials, Equipment, Services and Supervision Necessary to Complete the Work, as Described in the Scope of Work and Bid Form, All of Which Shall Be Provided in Full Accord With and Reasonable Inferable From the Contract Documents as Being Necessary to Produce the Indicated Results. 3. Commencement and Completion The Contractor Agrees to Perform the Work in a Quality and Workmanlike Manner and Shall Commence the Work to Be Performed Under This Agreement on April 1, 2024, and Continue Until March 31, 2025 (the "Contract Term"). If the Work Provided Meets Expectations and Appropriate Future Rates Are Agreed to, the Property Manager May Extend the Service Agreement Two Times for a Period of 1 Year for Each Extension. If an Extension is Anticipated, the Renegotiation of Rates for an Extension Will Commence No Earlier Than 120 Days From the Expiry Date of the Contract Term With an Agreement to Be Reached No Later Than 90 Days Prior to the Expiry of the Contract Term. If Either Party Does Not Serve Notice of Intention to Renew or Extend the Service Agreement or if an Agreement is Not Reached Within 90 Days of the Expiry Date of This Service Agreement Then the Service Agreement Will Be Deemed to Be Terminated on the Expiry Date.
