The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) invites interested suppliers to participate in an open forum discussion relative to Notice of Forthcoming Procurement (NFP)# 122896, FTIG Cable and Infrastructure. The NFP can be located by copying the following link into your browser: http://www.emarketplace.state.pa.us/BOP_Dashboard/ForthcomingProcurements.aspx Topics for discussion will include, but no limited to, industry standards, vendor community insight and expertise, best practices and current and future technology enhancements. The event will be held at Fort Indiantown Gap, Building 0-47 Wiley Rd, Annville, PA 17003 and on MS TEAMs on November 29, 2023 at 10AM. The first hour of the supplier forum is reserved for Offered interested in becoming potential prime contractors for this RFP. The second hour of the supplier form will be tailored for both potential prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors. The second hour will include a presentation on the Commonwealth’ Small and Small Diverse Business program, discussion relative to potential subcontracting opportunities for services and supplies and networking time for prospective prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors.
