Reference Number 0000335311 Job Location: Colorado Springs Colorado Springs Utilities (Utilities) is Looking for an Experienced Supplier (Contractor) to Provide Qualified, Licensed Construction Services and Personnel That Are Experienced to Provide Goods and Services to Complete Minor Construction Projects, Including Supervision, Labor, Materials, Equipment, Permitting Fees, Disposal/recycling, Supplies, and Other Necessary Services/items to Complete (work) on an as Needed Basis. Work Will Be Minor in Nature and Shall Not Include Large Construction Projects. Each project performed under the blanket contract shall not exceed the amount of $100,000. All workers performing work on site shall be properly trained and qualified to perform the work they are expected to carry out, and have received the necessary certifications and other credentials necessary to perform the work, as required. This Agreement will be awarded for an initial two (2) year period, with an option to extend for three (3) additional one-year periods, exercisable at Colorado Springs Utilities discretion.
