Bids Received More Than Ninety-six (96) Hours, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays Before Time Set for Opening Bids, As Well as Bids Received After Time Set For Opening Bids, Will Not Be Considered And Will Be Returned Unopened. Please Mark the Envelope : " Poteau Primary School HVAC-deliver to Devin Cochran". A Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Surety Bond in Amount of Five Percent (5%) of The Bid Shall Accompany the Sealed Proposal of Each Bidder, For All Bids Over $100,000, or as Otherwise Applicable by State Law.
