Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pineville, North Carolina. Working plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Bid Date was Extended The Work in this project includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of the second floor of the McAlpine Creek WWMF Administration Building and replacement of HVAC equipment on both floors and outside of the building. Work includes partial demolition of existing facilities to renovate two laboratories, upgrade restroom facilities, convert nonfunctioning lab space into office space, upgrade currently operating lab space, and replace non-functioning HVAC system and associated appurtenances. This project contains sensitive information as defined by Charlotte Water. Therefore, all companies (i.e. General Contractors, Electrical Subcontractors, vendors, equipment manufacturers, etc.) interested in Bidding on this Project must complete and submit an Information Security Agreement. This form is available at charlottewater.org. If your firm has submitted this form within the past five years, there is no need to resubmit. Bidders must get documents directly from the owner to be a bidder on the project. Project has been cancelled until further notice.
